Hi Lucy,
See you at the Conference. The good news is that I will be excused from work and won't have to take Personal Days for the Conference. I went to Human Resources this past Wed. and completed my retirement from CPS effective June 30. There's been ageism in hiring tenured teachers with a salary level that can buy two newbies right out of college. Apparently that outweighs my experience and skills in terms of hiring me. Perhaps, I will return as a consultant.
